- Degree focus in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- Experience with composite fabrication and working with aerospace or defense programs
- Familiarity with 3D model-based engineering tools such as CATIA, CREO
- Knowledge of MES systems and manufacturing/simulation tools such as DELMIA or FlexSim
