Gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced, growing medical device manufacturing company. As an HR Co-op, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals while supporting a variety of functional areas, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, HR administration, and HR systems. Responsibilities may include learning and working within the UKG Human Capital Management (HCM) system, assisting with job description development and revisions, supporting employee training initiatives, maintaining HR records, coordinating employee engagement activities, and contributing to special HR projects. This role provides broad exposure to the day-to-day operations of Human Resources while developing practical business and professional skills.
