Mechanical Engineer Job Description:Overview:ISGF's client is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer III to lead the design and development of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, solve technical challenges, and collaborate across departments to support large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
What You'll Do:- Design mechanical and electro-mechanical systems for various applications
- Interpret specifications and develop detailed technical documentation (GD&T a plus)
- Support manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate to deliver cost-effective engineering solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to proposal development
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying potential risks
What You Bring:- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, or similar CAD tools (Model-Based Definition preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results
