Turn Engineering Ideas into Heavy-Duty Equipment That Makes an ImpactAre you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving real-world manufacturing challenges instead of sitting behind a desk all day? At
Schwing America, you'll spend as much time on the production floor as you do at your computer, working side-by-side with welders, mechanics, technicians, and production teams to improve the design and manufacturability of industry-leading concrete equipment.
If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where every day brings a new challenge, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoAs a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be a key member of our engineering and manufacturing teams, helping keep production moving while continuously improving our products and processes.
You'll:

- Partner with production teams to solve design challenges and identify part substitutions when needed
- Investigate root causes of manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Design and improve components using 3D CAD (Solid Edge preferred)
- Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, engineering changes, and SAP data
- Collaborate with welders, mechanics, technicians, inspectors, and production leadership
- Improve manufacturability, quality, and production efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the manufacturing process-not just designing parts, but seeing them built.
