What You Will Do - Perform structural analysis and design using hand calculations and industry-standard software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Prepare project documentation and calculations with accuracy and timeliness
- Support construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs
- May gain experience across different project types and markets over time.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
- Participate in client meetings and networking opportunities
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) and Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineer (structural emphasis) required
- Pursuing PE licensure in state of residence (structural designation); engineer in training (EIT) required.
- Familiarity with structural analysis software such as RAM or Tekla Structural Designer
- Working knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
