As an Engineering Forge Technician, you will work closely with engineers and other technical staff to provide support in forging process and quality. Their primary purpose is supporting the manufacturing of parts through hydraulic presses. They will work with the forging team as well as design engineering, metallurgy, quality, and other departments to implement improvements in the forge shop. In addition, they will constantly look to improve current procedures and processes. POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Monitor forging process and provide active communication between operations and engineering team. Provide real-time inspections to validate forging process and quality. Support development and improvement to forging process instructions and routing.
