Bruce Aerospace is seeking a results-driven Process Engineer responsible for improving manufacturing efficiency, process reliability, and production throughput across a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment. This role supports operations including electronics assembly, sheet metal fabrication, machine shop operations, wire harness manufacturing, 3D printing, automated and computer-guided soldering systems, surface mount technology (SMT), injection molding, and precision lens painting. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and productivity.
