Job Description Assume a broad scope of technical and project management responsibilities including design and analysis, program planning and management, customer communication, and ongoing product support. Use engineering background in shock and vibration to support current business and develop additional business for Hutchinson in assigned market segment. Design and analysis include the conceptual and iterative design of elastomer and metallic components as required to reach a practical solution to customer problems relating to shock, vibration, and noise. This is done through the use of Creo (ProEngineer), internally developed analysis software and in conjunction with internal FEA personnel. The ideal candidate would also have the ability to perform DFMEA analysis. Program and project planning/management requires high energy and the ability to manage multiple projects.
