Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, engineering resources, equipment requirements, cost estimates, and timelines. Leads engineering projects by coordinating cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. Provide expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ISO regulations. Identifies and resolves technical issues that arise, supporting production as needed. Establishes and monitors project budgets and schedules, adjusting to meet deadlines and financial objectives while preparing comprehensive documentation, including plans and progress reports.
