Description Description: Performs a variety of aircraft systems engineering work including design, analysis, substantiation, certification, and drawing interpretation as related to transport category aircraft systems modifications. What you will be responsible for: • Design and analyze aircraft systems and components, typically in support of aircraft interior modifications (STC projects), including vacuum and water/waste, air conditioning, fire protection and oxygen systems. • Work independently to gather data and input on the development of original designs or adaptations of existing designs after having been given general instructions regarding scope and parameters. • Prepare systems modification/installation/fabrication drawings, engineering reports and work instructions. • Participate in design reviews and presentations with suppliers, customers, and various internal departments to obtain input on, agreement with, and understanding of project objectives...
