Job Description Assume a broad scope of technical and project management responsibilities including design and analysis, program planning and management, customer communication, and ongoing product support. Use engineering background in shock and vibration to support current business and develop additional business for Hutchinson in assigned market segment. Design and analysis include the conceptual and iterative design of elastomer and metallic components as required to reach a practical solution to customer problems relating to shock, vibration, and noise. This is done through the use of Creo (ProEngineer), internally developed analysis software and in conjunction with internal FEA personnel. With goals of introducing new products into production, come challenges of supplying robust socketing solutions for High Power Converters. As new products become mainstream, we look to automate test capabilities again with design challenges for high volume production.
