Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, engineering resources, equipment requirements, cost estimates, and timelines. Leads engineering projects by coordinating cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. Provide expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ISO regulations. Core Responsibilities: Process engineering changes Participate in Continuous Improvement projects as par of a cross functional team Tool design Time studies on the floor Project management, creating milestones, and project plans Entering/updating of data in ERP system (item cards, BOM, part routings). Perform all tasks in accordance with company Engineering policies Complete internship projects and present findings to leadership Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment Strong CAD solid modeling knowledge (NX or Solidworks) Basic understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.
