Reporting to the site General Manager, the Engineering Manager is a key role on the site management team responsible for the planning and engineering function in a 24/7 aerospace manufacturing facility. The role will direct and oversee the daily activities in the department and will develop and review/approve manufacturing plans for a variety of aerospace metallic and composite components and assemblies to be manufactured. Additionally, the Manager creates and maintains engineering drawings, supplier configuration documentation, customer configurations, and engineering documentation, and oversees planning in the ERP system.
