Position Overview Passero Associates is seeking a Civil Project Engineer/Aviation Civil Engineer to join our Albany, NY office. This position will support municipal, aviation, and site development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for civil site design, grading, stormwater management, and preparation of construction documents suitable for public bidding. Key Responsibilities Develop civil engineering design documents from concept through final design. Lead grading design strategy including drainage pattern development and constructability considerations. About This Position: We are seeking Junior Engineers (0-2 years of experience) to complement existing engineering staff in our Highway group. Responsibilities may include: field work, traffic engineering and analysis of roadways, design and layout of project components in 2d and 3d, preparing construction drawings and documents, field observation for adherence to construction plans and specifications, report writing and cost estimating.
