Position Summary The Design Engineer II is responsible for conducting comprehensive technical analyses of products and associated tooling to establish well-defined, documented functional design principles and dimensions that meet customer application requirements. This role ensures compatibility between products across multiple product lines and leads quality improvement and productivity initiatives for existing products. As a key member of the engineering team, the Design Engineer II collaborates closely across departments, performs product audits, and shares technical product knowledge with internal teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
