Principle accountabilities include: Develop technical expertise regarding products and business processes. Establish and perform maintenance on manufacturing bills of material. Develop SOPs/WIs and routings for general parts and specific projects Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts. Develop and maintain routings to govern workflow. Develop precedence networks and assist with appropriate work scheduling and flow. Develop standard labor hours and manning models.
