Occupational Summary: This position is a senior level management position that will lead and grow our Charlotte Office. The Engineering Manager of the Charlotte Office will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including managing engineers and designers, and interfacing with clients to resolve project and technical issues. In addition to managing the operations of the office, they will also be responsible for marketing engineering services and developing new business with potential clients in the investor-owned, municipal and electric cooperative utility market.
