This is an onsite, hands-on manufacturing engineering role within a large-scale forged aluminum operation where you'll own process improvements, equipment projects, and manufacturing capability from the plant floor through production startup. This is an opportunity for an engineer who likes seeing ideas become real equipment and measurable results. You'll work across forging, forming, heat treatment, machining, coating, robotics, and automation while taking meaningful ownership of capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
