Civil Engineer and Project Manager - Federal Role Description: Huitt-Zollars, Inc has a full-time opportunity for a Civil Engineer and Project Manager - Federal with at least 8-10 years of experience that is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. Civil Engineer/Project Manager candidates are preferred to have experience in the management and design of a wide range of project types, but the primary focus is anticipated to be on Federal projects. Duties include, but are not limited to, initial project research, plan production and management of plan production staff, plan processing and management of plan processing efforts, construction administration and project close-out efforts.
