Job Summary A Land Development Engineer designs and oversees infrastructure and site plans for commcercial development. They guide projects through feasibility, design, permitting, and construction phases-ensuring compliance with codes, managing budgets, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing municipal and/or educational land development projects. Key Responsibilities Site Analysis & Planning : Conduct site feasibility studies, surveys, zoning research, and make preliminary layout recommendations. Design & Engineering : Grading, earthwork cut/fill volumes, stormwater conveyance, and detention/retention systems.
