Civil Project Engineer Location: Houston, TX Position Overview Join our partner firm, Kuo & Associates (KUO), as a Project Engineer (EIT / early-career PE) and support the design and delivery of key infrastructure and capital improvement projects across the Greater Houston area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including paving and drainage, water and sanitary utilities, roadway design, traffic control plans, and site development, with a focus on water resources and roadway engineering. The Project Engineer will assist with engineering design, plan production, cost estimates, and project coordination, ensuring projects meet applicable codes, standards, and timelines. This role will collaborate closely with engineers, EITs, CAD drafters, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies, while supporting permitting, plan approvals, and technical project deliverables.
