Though this is not a supervisory position, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer will take on a lead role from the perspective of manufacturing engineering while assigned in direct support to projects and programs to help facilitate New Product Launches (NPIs) and-when not in direct support to a specific program/project--will help guide a team of manufacturing engineers and industrial engineers through Continuous Improvement activities, work cell development, and the integration of automated assets.
