Job Description Controls Engineer Full-Time Fairfax, KS Design & Program Control Systems: Develop, configure, and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to meet production requirements. Troubleshoot & Maintain Equipment: Diagnose and resolve issues with automated equipment, controls, and related systems to minimize downtime. Implement Process Improvements: Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Develop Technical Documentation: Create and maintain wiring schematics, control layouts, and system operation manuals. Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotes, recommend suppliers, and manage installation of control devices and equipment.
