Marshall Canada requires an Electrical Engineering Lead in Ottawa, ON to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Electrical, this role is responsible to supervise a team of engineers undertaking electrical engineering work packages required to efficiently support the delivery of bids, installations, and systems in order to meet requirements, schedule, and cost. Your responsibilities in the role: Promote the implementation of Advanced Electrical Engineering across the Marshall Land Systems Engineering function. Lead, mentor or support a small design team of Electrical Engineers or junior team members. Responsible for the development and performance management of direct reports.
