PRIMARY FUNCTION Primary responsibilities include providing design and technical systems for large, complex projects from schematics through construction administration for science and advanced manufacturing sector projects (including but not limited to research and development labs, testing labs, low and high volume manufacturing and building or campus central utility plant. TYPICAL DUTIES Responsible for building system concepts and documentation process from schematics through construction administration phases within the discipline. It is expected that Level 4 is in regular coordination with Supervisor in project development and performance.
