This is a full time on-site direct opportunity. Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Five years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with proven record of success in continuous improvement. Must be a hands-on engineer, capable of troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical equipment. Must be able to manage short-term and long-term projects simultaneously with little external support. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Desired : Able to identify issues in area of responsibility and formulate corrective actions. Experience with NPI and production line development. Works well with all levels of the organization and be a leader in the assigned area of responsibility.
