Position Overview Passero Associates is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our Albany, NY office. This position will support municipal, aviation, and site development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for civil site design, grading, stormwater management, and preparation of construction documents suitable for public bidding. Key Responsibilities Develop civil engineering design documents from concept through final design.
