Projects are primarily located within Pennsylvania. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with personnel at other HCEA offices throughout the company. General Responsibilities: Manage Geotechnical Engineering projects from start to finish including preparing technical geotechnical reports. Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, plans, technical specifications, and reports, including day to day correspondence with clients.
