Description JOB SUMMARY The Mechanical Engineer II is responsible for the design, development, documentation, test, and evaluation activities for components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods products that meet the cost, performance and timeliness requirements defined within ESG's Product Planning Process (P3 Process). This person will be tasked to investigate, develop, and implement new technologies, tools and processes, and must solve problems through original thinking and ingenuity. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential • Develop processes, products, assemblies & components that meet or exceed ESG's stringent quality, cost, performance & schedule requirements. • Create new vehicle-specific parts and test fitting parts onto cars, trucks, and other vehicles. • Ability to disassemble and measure vehicles with hand tools or use of 3D scanner. • Ability to fit check parts onto various vehicles/applications. • Support Label Modification projects as defined within...
