Job Summary The Senior Design Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading the design and development of Bowmar's commercial and military aerospace electronic products. This position drives new product development initiatives, guides sustaining engineering activities, and ensures all designs meet customer, regulatory, and industry standards. The role emphasizes Lean Product Development methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable products with the least waste.
