This role partners closely with New Product Development to ensure seamless manufacturability of new products while optimizing existing production methods. The Manufacturing Engineer leads process enhancements, develops tooling and fixtures, leverages data-driven insights, and applies Lean principles to reduce waste, improve workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
