Overview The Senior Manager, Architecture & Engineering leads architectural and design execution for new store development, ensuring alignment with prototype standards, rollout schedules, and cross-functional requirements. This role partners closely with Real Estate, Construction, Legal, and Format teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-effective store designs. This position reports into the Sprouts Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ.
