The Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and direction to the plant Maintenance and Project Management departments. Primary responsibilities will be leadership of the Maintenance team in planning and performing repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment within the facility and on-site CapEx Project Management. Asset and Facility Maintenance - Responsible for eliminating causes of failure and ensuring full equipment life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel. Accountable for managing the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) budget.
