Facility Engineer Summary: The Facility Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Scentbird's manufacturing and fulfillment facilities in Bethlehem, PA. This role reports to the Associate Director of Facilities & Engineering and is responsible for assessing facility resource requirements, supporting and optimizing facility layouts and critical operational systems, and overseeing the maintenance of building infrastructure and equipment across both sites. The Senior Project Engineer owns capital project planning and execution for one or multiple sites. They are accountable for delivering strategic capital projects that improve safety, reliability, capacity, quality, and operational performance. The position operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners closely with plant leadership, operations, maintenance, R&D, quality, and external engineering partners to drive long-term manufacturing capability improvements.
