POSITION SUMMARY: The Electrical Engineer is responsible for design, documentation and implementation of electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Designs, documents and implements electrical systems for all new products. Ensures compliance of all electrical systems (new and existing) with all USCG, ABYC, CE and other regulatory agencies. Ensures interface between all engines, various system monitor systems and boat systems (Mercury, Yamaha, BMC, etc.). Inspects and observes all models to evaluate the efficiency and quality of electrical systems, components, and products. Researches and tests manufacturing and assembly processes; develops innovative processes to improve or modify current production and test methods.
