Job Description The New Product Integration (NPI) Engineer establishes robust, repeatable manufacturing specifications for all new designs across the development lifecycle. Working alongside NPI Project Leads who manage timelines and project milestones the Engineer provides cross-functional teams with initial routing recommendations, determines manufacturing offsets, and verifies process calculations. Additionally, the Engineer partners with Project Leads to ensure Hard Prototypes and Production TestRuns strictly align with critical requirements defined in the JDIW-supplied CRDdocumentation.
