We are looking for 1 Intern/Co-op for the Spring 2027semester who can work full-time, primarily onsite (with the possibility of some remote work), with employment starting in January. The Intern/Co-op will prepare clear, complete and accurate detail drawings, testing, Engineering Change Orders and Bills of Materials from rough or detailed sketches or notes provided by engineers or designers by performing the following duties. Position Summary: The Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and improving smoker products and related components from concept through production. This role works closely with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and marketing teams to ensure products are functional, manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with brand standards. The Design Engineer supports both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
