Primary Purpose: This position will directly manage a team of mechanical engineers and manufacturing engineering resources supporting New Product Development (NPD) programs, ongoing sustaining efforts, and technical support for assigned products. The engineering manager provides direction, mentors staff and drives best practices while ensuring deadlines are met and a high level of quality is achieved while supporting FNA's fast-to-market and entrepreneurial business approach. Essential Duties: Manage the engineering resources to support the industrial and consumer manufacturing facilities, along with leading continuous improvement activities.
