THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager responsible for design and engineering standards, system design, code compliance, and reviewing the design and engineering team's work quality and work output. This position is responsible for helping to improve the Company's design department efficiency, evaluating existing process and procedures, and suggesting and making necessary changes to implement those improvements. This individual will lead the design and engineering of systems as represented by the Company, and be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and budget compliance of all associated jobs as prepared by the engineering department.
