Scope of Role The Linear Motion Division is a major contributor to the Automation & Controls Segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. There are 9 main sites located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe. The Mechanical Design Engineer II position will be responsible for the development of new products (platform or Customer Lead Opportunity - CLO) that meet performance, cost, and quality requirements. Along with other responsibilities, this position will also generate clear technical documentation and procedures that can be referenced by other design, manufacturing, or quality engineers.
