Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage designers and engineers to develop and evaluate site constraint analysis, including zoning, topography,environmental, soils Coordination and supervision of civil, environmental and survey services by Consultants, including development of scopes of services, contract management, and invoice review Manage project schedule and budgets Responsible for project compliance with all applicable AHJ requirements Engineer-of-Record for soil erosion & sediment control and stormwater plans, details and calculations for permit submittal to AHJ Direct Civil Designers and Engineers to prepare and revise site/civil plans and calculations Prepare revisions and responses to AHJ comments Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Civil Designers and Engineers.
