Summary: This role requires an APEGA-registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with deep technical expertise, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance hands-on engineering with team development and process discipline. The Engineering Manager provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for all engineering activities within our Global Heat Transfer (GHT) product line.
