Preliminary/schematic designs will be produced for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Controls systems utilizing current versions of REVIT and Bluebeam software. The Engineer will use industry standard software such as Carrier HAP, Microsoft Excel and various manufacturers' selection software programs in the development of mechanical designs and energy calculations.
