Job Summary: As the Civil Engineer, your responsibility is to perform engineering and design to ensure successful completion of Long Island Transmission & Distribution construction projects. Job Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate the design of electric transmission systems and related facilities based upon reliability and economy, with consideration to operation, safety and maintenance requirements. Develop material, engineering design, construction specifications/associated drawings, and standards as required for successful completion of assigned projects (Overhead, Underground Transmission or Civil/Structural).
