BASIC FUNCTION: The Trainee Engineer in the Rotational Development Program is an entry-level engineering professional participating in a structured program designed to develop broad technical and operational expertise across multiple key functions within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Over the course of the program, the engineer will rotate through four core domains: Process Engineering Gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
