This role is responsible for system-level electrical design, control circuit development, power and controls analysis, and the creation of test and design documentation supporting new product development and qualification activities. The Mechanical Engineer on the Dynapower Defense team will work collaboratively with their teammates to develop power conversion military products that exceed our customers' expectations. They will apply their military product development expertise to deliver mechanically sound, verified, and compliant designs. Successful candidates will have a blend of experimental, numerical (simulation) and analytical skills. Knowledge of the military design process (MIL-917E) and working through the CDR and PDR processes is preferred.
