Job Description Product Technician Intern of Engineering and Innovations is responsible for the technical and administrative support of the Jewelry Design and Innovation Workshop (JDIW) department through all phases of new product development process, planning and executing projects from design concept through product launch. Under direction of the Engineering and Innovations Product Lead and Technician and in close partnership with cross-functional project teams, support in the facilitation of in-house prototyping. This includes developing work instructions, ordering castings, generating work orders, populating BOMs, collaborating with model makers and CAD, and organizing inventory items. Additional scope will be assisting in product evaluations through measurements and imaging for supplier documentation.
