Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Engineer II to join the Lighting Sector Kenall Team in Kenosha, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and leading continuous improvement efforts within Operations and will plan and execute operational launch-related activities required for successful product releases and engineering change implementations. This role requires close collaboration across engineering and operations to ensure alignment and buy-in on key initiatives and process changes. What Will You Do?
