OVERVIEW Merrick & Company is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Equipment Engineer for Albuquerque, NM or Los Alamos, NM office to serve as a staff engineer on technology projects for the Department of Energy (DOE). This group specializes in the design of prototype/one-off custom equipment, gloveboxes, hot cells, specialty research equipment and custom-designed mechanisms for handling radioactive and hazardous materials. This is a full time position. This position is located in Los Alamos, a small community located in the scenic high desert of Northern New Mexico.
