Senior Project Engineer (Civil Site Design Engineer) Seeking Land Development Senior Project Engineers with 4-7 Years of experience . This role is not construction-focused. Location: Successful candidates would be based in our Annandale or Chantilly, VA office. This position is in-office 5 days a week. Qualifications of an Ideal Candidate: Must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Have an EIT certificate (preferred). Must have experience in designing, preparing, and processing land development applications. Must have experience in Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Should have experience with Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-use projects. Must have the ability to make well-informed design decisions based on their knowledge of civil engineering concepts and locality requirements.
